Privacy policy

The essentials, in one sentence

This website only stores your data if you book a place at a presentation. It has no user accounts and no cookies. The book reservation form sends nothing to any server of ours: it opens your WhatsApp.

What happens when you book a place at a presentation

For presentations with limited places, the website stores your name, phone number, email and whether you think you will buy the book. Only Pep Amores can see them, on a private password-protected page.

• Purpose: to book your place, manage capacity and let you know if anything about the presentation changes.
• Legal basis: your consent, given by ticking the box on the form (Art. 6.1.a GDPR).
• Where it is stored: in a private Vercel storage space in the European Union (Paris).
• How long: deleted at the latest one month after the presentation.
• We send you no advertising and share your data with no one.

What happens when you reserve the book

When you reserve, the form prepares a WhatsApp message with what you typed and opens it in your own WhatsApp, addressed to Pep Amores’ phone (+34 629 78 23 78). The message travels from your phone to his: this website never sees it, stores it or can read it. Your use of WhatsApp is governed by WhatsApp’s own privacy policy.

Controller of the data you give us

• Controller: Morris Comunicació, S.L. (NIF B62131701) · +34 629 78 23 78 · pep.amores@gmail.com
• Purpose: handling your reservation or enquiry (name, phone, copies and whatever you tell us).
• Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (art. 6.1.b GDPR).
• Retention: until your copy is delivered or the enquiry is closed.
• Sharing: with no one, except where legally required.

Your rights

You may request access, rectification, erasure, objection, restriction or portability of your data by calling or writing to +34 629 78 23 78, or by email to pep.amores@gmail.com. If you feel we have not handled it properly, you can complain to the Spanish Data Protection Agency (aepd.es).
